Terms & Conditions

*  Only one entry per person via www.suffolkroadsafe.net

*  Only one prize of one roadside emergency kit (as illustrated) per person to a maximum of 50 people.

*  Entry restricted to adults over the age of 16 and resident in Suffolk.

*  In the event of more than 50 valid entries being received the 50 winners will be chosen at random from all of the valid entries.

*  Last date for entry is Wednes day 31st Dec ember 2008.

*  Falsified information will be deemed nul and void.

*  The winners will be contacted and their name may be published on www.suffolkroadsafe.net

*  If any winner does not respond to our communications within 30 days of being sent out then their prize may be forfeit.

*  Suffolk County Council reserves the right to change the prize specified to something of similar value. No cash alternative will be offered.

*  Suffolk County Council does not accept responsibility or liability for the use of the prize.

*  Organisers and their families are excluded from entering.

*  By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
