| Suffolk County Council and insurethebox aim to reduce young driver casualties
Suffolk County Council has teamed up with car insurers Insure the Box to help reduce road casualties amongst younger drivers. Anyone aged 17-24 and living in Suffolk will be offered £50 cash back from Insure the Box if they attend one of Suffolk County Council's free young driver workshops.
The workshops will be held across the county, and will last for 2 1/2 hours, covering subjects such as the use of mobile phones, speed awareness, the effects of drinking and drugs, alongside looking in to the attitudes and beliefs of young people towards risks and decision making.
